Shipping & Returns Since all material is downloadable files we do not ship any goods. All material is downloaded in rar format. A purchase is not refundable. You may however have your product replaced if it somehow is defective, then contact us by e-mail. If you loose your files on your computer for some reason you can only get them replaced at our store if they still are for sale and you still have your order confirmation.
